RNAhybrid

RNAhybrid is a SOAP-based API for finding the minimum free energy hybridization of a long and a short RNA molecule, and is primarily intended as a means of microRNA target prediction. In this tool, hybridization is performed so that the short sequence is hybridized to the best fitting part of the long one.
