Amazon CloudWatch is a web service that provides visibility into your cloud assets. Amazon CloudWatch provides the data you need to make informed decisions. It is designed to provide comprehensive monitoring for all of the following AWS services: Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud or Amazon EC2 (including instances of paid AMIs), and Elastic Load Balancing.
