The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Public Health Information Network Vocabulary Access and Distribution System (PHIN VADS) API provides domain objects that represent vocabulary information, and data transfer objects (DTOs) used in public health and clinical care practice. Data is XML formatted. This service is implemented using the Hessian protocol.
