This EDGAR® Online SEC API provides easy, programmatic access to data from ~19,000 public company filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Some example API methods include retrieving information on companies, retrieving reports from companies, and retrieving financial forms. Kimono Labs offers a tool that allows users to create an API using any web page directly from within a browser.
