IBM Watson Speech to Text

The IBM Speech to Text API automatically transcribes English speech to text. Developers can use this API to add speech transcription capabilities to their applications. Speech recognition accuracy is highly dependent on the quality of input audio, and the service can only transcribe words that it knows. Thus, the conversion of speech to text may not be perfect. IBM Speech to Text is part of the Watson Developer Cloud and is currently still in beta.
